Lesson 13: Website Work
Now that you have web hosting, either the one you started with, the one I use, or something else
If you don’t have a domain name, you need to finalize one
You can use GoDaddy.com or Name Cheap (or somewhere else) to host your domain names and you can use them to search for and find a good domain name, their domain name engines are fast
You want a domain name that’s easy to remember, easy to say, and not too long.
Check out The WordPress Collection section on my website where I cover Domain Names and Web Hosting in more details
Once you’ve finalized your domain name, you can begin to build out your site (next lesson starts that)
Lesson 13: 10 x 10 Matrix
Write your 10 x 10 page, then record your 10 x 10 writing assignment and upload to YouTube
perhaps you are beginning to wonder what you’ll be doing with all these 10 x 10 writing assignments . . .
you’ll see in a few lessons when we start working on building your site out
Lesson 13: Writing Lesson
Today we are going to work on ‘imagine’ paragraphs but I want you to use ‘think about’ language like this:
Instead of
Imagine how it would feel if you were totally free from (your problem). You are now relaxing, and it feels so (emotion) and (another emotion). You are thinking “how wonderful it is that I am (free, feeling powerful, etc. according to niche).
You are going to start with “think about”
Think about how it would feel if you were totally free from (your problem). You are now relaxing, and it feels so (emotion) and (another emotion). You are thinking “how wonderful it is that I am (free, feeling powerful, etc. according to niche).
The only difference between these and imagine paragraphs is that they begin with think about
By the way, are you starting to feel like your language when you write has more freedom
more freedom to inspire emotion and thought?
How will that help you communicate persuasively?
Ok, here’s your homework:
Write Six 5 sentence think about paragraphs.
Until next time
