Do the Numbers add up?

When was the last time you received an email telling you about the latest and greatest way to make money on the net?  Mine was just today, I received the same email from seven different Marketer’s all with the very same message…by the time I’d scanned through them I was bored, bored, bored!

I’m sure we’ve all visited sales pages that tell us how wonderful our life online will become if we buy this must have product, do we really believe the testimonials?

I myself always ask some friends to read or test my product and give an honest appraisal…and I’ve been known to review a few products along the way too…you’ll see my mug on a few select products on Clickbank for instance…(I always add the picture of me being a bit drunk…I don’t know why but I find it funny when I see it…it brings back memories of a great day, but not of the hangover the following morning)

Anyway my point is, I think it would be really easy to just make stuff up and write what you like.  When’s the last time you saw a negative comment on a sales page?…it never happens does it…although it might be a refreshing change.

What about numbers on the pages…you know the ones that talk about how much money they’ve earned in the last hour or day or week and how we’ll do the same…hmmm, do you think those number are real?  It’s just a picture after all…

…well let’s be positive and assume that every sales page we have ever seen is totally genuine, but maybe we should try to have a look at the numbers in a different way, have a look at this at you may rethink your understanding of ‘math.

‘This little video clearly illustrates things aren’t always what they seem and there’s always another way to look at things.  Remember the seller of the product has their own interests at heart first, it is business after all and the cold fact about internet marketing is it’s about the money first!

So before you spend your money on the next must have product that helps you to make money on the net, have a look and see if the numbers add up.  Until next time…
